Two plus years of technical work experience preferred, along with broad knowledge of analog and digital circuitry and signal processing and/or software, and experience with CDMA/GSM/LTE wireless technology, DSL modems, Trellis coding, and/or ATSC broadcast standards. Employee benefits and executive compensation: Seeking an associate with 3-6 years experience in all aspects of employee benefits/ERISA (including defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, ERISA Title I and plan asset/fiduciary rules) and executive compensation (including employment agreements, severance agreements, deferred compensation programs, golden parachute arrangements and equity incentive plans, together with applicable tax, accounting and securities law implications). Candidate should have significant ERISA Title I/fiduciary private fund, private equity and venture capital fund, and other investment management-related experience, as well as private equity and public company transactional experience (handling executive compensation and employee benefit issues in merger, stock purchase and asset purchase transactions).
