Future trainees receive a grant for the LPC to cover the full cost of course fees, plus a maintenance grant of £10,000 per annum.
Trainee solicitor salaries are £38,000 per annum for first years and £43,000 per annum for second years. Other benefits include free permanent health and life assurance, company pension scheme, subsidised membership of Fitness First gym near St Paul's Cathedral (giving members access to other Fitness First clubs as well), subsidised staff café and interest-free season-ticket loans.
Annual holiday entitlement is 25 days rising to 28 days upon qualification.
