We are ideally seeking candidates with expertise in the following areas:
- the establishment and operation of private and related funds - Hedge, Real Estate, Private Equity, Closed-End, Qualifying Investor etc. (dependent upon jurisdiction)
- the establishment of UCITS and ETFs
- UCITS (and ETF) cross border registrations
- the regulation of funds and financial services companies such as investment managers, advisers and broker-dealers (local and international (including U.S.))
- derivatives
- structured asset management products
- related finance areas
