The department has gone through a significant transformation in recent months with 4 new partners joining from other city firms. We are now seeking both UK and US qualified lawyers who have real 'hands on' experience working for well regarded corporate firms in London who can strengthen our current capability in this area. 2-6 years PQE would be ideal with exposure to acquisition finance and mainstream M&A work. The work will often have a multi-jurisdiction and entrepreneurial aspect to it.

We are seeking 1-5 years PQE lawyers who would like to join one of the highest regarded legal teams in London dealing with investment funds and the regulatory aspects of the financial services sector. Both UK and US qualified lawyers will be considered for these roles.
